What you need to know

We ship to all UK mainland addresses via Mail UK signed and tracked and the typical period for delivery is 1-2 days, and to all other countries via DHL Express and the typical period for delivery ranges from 2-4 days. Royal Mail International service offers delivery to Europe in 3 to 5 working days and to the Rest of the World in 5 to 7 working days.

Shipping prices vary by country and are displayed at check-out. We offer free shipping on all orders over £150 (VAT exclusive) in the UK; over 150 Euros (VAT exclusive) to Germany and France; over $150 (VAT exclusive) to US and Canada and over £500 (VAT exclusive) to all other countries. 

All international orders under £50 are sent via Royal Mail International to Europe for £8.50 and Rest of the World for £11.50. For the Shipping Rates Guide, scroll to the bottom of the page.

All international orders outside the EU exclude UK VAT and are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis; meaning you will pay any import duties when your purchase is delivered to you. Please note DHL only delivers to physical addresses (not PO Boxes).

DELIVERY POLICY

This policy contains details of the delivery methods, periods and charges that apply to orders for our products made through our website or by telephone or email. This policy is a legally binding document, and forms part of the contract of sale between you and us made under our terms and conditions of sale.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges will be calculated by our website and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process. Applicable delivery charges will depend upon the location of the delivery address.  You will be advised of the delivery charges before you finally confirm your order.

We offer free premium (signed and tracked) delivery to all mainland UK addresses on all orders over GBP 150 (including VAT) and to all other countries on all orders over GBP 500 (excluding VAT).

Geographical limitations

We deliver to most countries worldwide.

We ship on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis, meaning you will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes upon delivery. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.

Delivery methods and periods

If your delivery address is on the United Kingdom mainland, your order will be delivered via Mail UK signed and tracked service, and the typical period for delivery of products by this method is 1-2 days; and

If your delivery address is anywhere outside the United Kingdom mainland, your order will be delivered via DHL Express Service and the typical period for delivery of products by this method ranges from 2 to 7 days depending on the country.

If you place your order before 11.45am on a working day, these time periods run from the close of business on that day; if you place your order after 11.45am on a working day, or on a non-working day, these time periods run from the close of business on the next following working day.

The delivery periods set out in this section are indicative only, and whilst we will make every effort to ensure that you receive your delivery in good time, we do not guarantee delivery before the end of the stated period.

We may conduct fraud screening checks before dispatching the product, and these checks may delay your delivery. If the delivery is likely to be delayed as a result of fraud screening checks, we will notify you.

Delivery tracking

Delivery tracking is available in respect of all orders for our products. To track your delivery, enter the tracking number sent to you in your order confirmation email into the delivery service provider's website as listed in the email.

Receipt and signature

All deliveries must be received in person at the delivery address, and a signature must be provided. Our delivery service provider will notify you in advance of attempting to make a delivery requiring signature.

If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the delivery service provider may make another attempt to deliver your order or will leave a card at your address, with instructions on how you may collect your order, including a time limit for collection.

With DHL, the driver will automatically attempt delivery to a residence before 6:00 PM. After two attempts, the package will be held at the local DHL office until delivery arrangements are made. In most cases the local DHL office will return the package to the Full Disclosure in 7 business days, unless previous arrangements have been made.

If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the relevant time limit, we may agree to arrange for re-delivery of the products; however, we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of re-delivery (even where the initial delivery was free of charge). 

An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below: 

(a) you provided the wrong address for delivery;

(b) there is a mistake in the address for delivery that was provided;

(c) the address for delivery is not reasonably accessible;

(d) the address for delivery cannot safely be accessed;

(e) if in-person receipt is not required, there is no easy and secure means of leaving the products at the address for delivery and there is no person available to accept delivery; or

(f) if in-person receipt is required, there is no person available at the address for delivery to accept delivery and provide a signature.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by an Event Outside Our Control as defined below. 

An Event Outside Our Control means any act or event beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, or failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.

If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations under a contract:

(a) we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to notify you; and

(b) our obligations under a contract will be suspended and the time for performance of our obligations will be extended for the duration of the Event Outside Our Control. Where the Event Outside Our Control affects our delivery of Products to you, we will arrange a new delivery date with you after the Event Outside Our Control is over. 

You may cancel a contract affected by an Event Outside Our Control which has continued for more than 30 days. To cancel please contact us. If you opt to cancel, you will have to return (at our cost) any relevant Products you have already received and we will refund the price you have paid, including any delivery charges.
