What you need to know

If you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from receipt to return or exchange your order in whole or part. The items must be in new and unused condition with the Full Disclosure and designer tags still attached, and hygiene adhesive unremoved (if any).

For all exchanges or returns for a credit note, we will pay for the cost associated if the original order is above GBP200/Euro250/USD350.

Returns will be refunded using the same method used for payment and you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.

** Please take note that our SALE items cannot be refunded due to the steep discount levels for clearance **

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. 

We have created this policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. This policy applies to all of our customers, irrespective of their geographical location and to all orders submitted through our website. 

This document does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer (such as rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000)(“Distance Selling Regulations”).  The rights you have pursuant to the Distance Selling Regulations are set out in the terms and conditions. 


If you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us and receive a refund in accordance with this policy if: 

(a)     the returned product is sent to us within 14 days of receipt ; 

(b)     the returned product is unused, with the Full Disclosure and designer tags still attached, the hygiene adhesive unremoved (if any) and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new; 

(c)     you comply with the procedure set out in this policy in relation to the return of the product; and 

(d)     none of the exclusions set out in this policy apply. 

Briefs and swimwear should be tried on over your underwear. Products that have been soiled or washed will not be accepted and may be returned to you at your cost. 

Returns procedure 

In order to take advantage of your rights under this policy, you must contact us to obtain a return authorisation number, and then send the product to us as per our instructions when you contact us. 

Products returned under this policy must be sent using a recorded delivery method to Full Disclosure, C/O Exact Abacus, Unit 20 Matrix Way, Buckshaw Village, Chorley, Lancashire, PR7 7ND, United Kingdom 

In the case of any other order cancellation, you will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy. We will pay the costs associated with the exchange of products in accordance with the terms of this policy for all orders above GBP200/Euro250/USD350. 


Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised may not be returned under this policy. 


We will give you a refund for the price you paid to us in respect of any product properly returned by you if you have requested an order cancellation within 14 working days of receiving your product and in accordance with this policy. We will not refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product in the case of an order cancellation except as required by the Distance Selling Regulations and/or if we find the returned product to be faulty after inspection. 

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase and process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we receive your returned product. 

Improper returns 

If you return a product in contravention of this policy, and you do not have any other legal right to a refund or exchange in respect of that product: 

(a)     we will not refund the purchase price or exchange the product; 

(b)     we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and 

(c)     if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
